Processing Times
All orders for nutritional consulting services will be processed within 1-3 business days. For downloadable resources such as e-books or meal plans, access will be provided immediately upon payment confirmation. For scheduled consultations, clients will receive a confirmation email to select their preferred time slot within 48 hours.
Domestic Shipping Options & Timeframes
For physical products, we offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Tracking

Damaged / Lost Packages

Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This offer applies automatically at checkout.
