Return Window & Eligibility
At Dream RD, we strive to provide the best nutritional consulting services. Due to the nature of our services, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase for eligible clients. To be eligible for a return, clients must have participated in at least one consultation session.
Nutritional Consulting Services-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- All digital goods, including e-books, meal plans, and online courses.
- Personalized meal plans and consultations that are tailored to individual needs.
- Any services rendered that have been completed.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
Return Condition Requirements
To initiate a return, clients must provide proof of consultation and any relevant documentation. Returns will only be accepted if the request is made within the 14-day period and if the client has engaged in a consultation session. We do not accept returns for services that have been completed or for any digital products.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dreamrd.com within the return window. Include your order number, the date of the consultation, and the reason for your return request.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been approved. Note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for our nutritional consulting services. If you wish to change your consultation type or reschedule, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you believe you have received a defective service or incorrect information, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation. We will review your case and determine if a refund or correction is warranted based on the specifics of your situation.
